family fun in fairview

On Halloween night we went to Fairview to my cousin's house. As our kids get older we seem to spend less and less time together but when we do get together it is a refreshing time. We always have lots of good food and laughter (the kind where you feel like you could pee in your pants or hurt yourself internally)! We haven't been together since Easter so everyone was excited about our time together. Of course, the kids loved being in costume and we loved seeing the "new" personalities emerge with the disguise! Andrew went as Spiderman and ended up wearing a skeleton costume that was entirely too small! If you know him, he can pull it off and loved doing it! There is something very freeing about being your own person and not worrying about what others think, even at 5! Today I am reminded of how thankful I am for family!
