Our PRAYERS have been turned into PRAISE!
After 10 months of waiting to hear whether or not we would be approved to be adoptive parents from Rwanda, Africa we are overflowing with JOY and THANKSGIVING upon receiving our letter of approval!
We have been supported in so many ways, by so many people and we have been humbled and brought to tears through endless acts of sacrifice. We give our thanks to you and to our Father in heaven who without, none of this would have been possible!
Our request was for a boy and a girl between 1 and 4 years old. We will see what our referral brings. We are expecting approximately a 2 month wait and after we get our referral, we will travel! Yes, that is, to RWANDA to BRING our children HOME... I'm a little excited... just a tad!
Please continue to pray for us and pray for the other families in process... some are waiting for approvals, some for referrals, some are arriving home tomorrow with their children and other families are there now!
God is good:)

we are expecting about a 2 month wait for the referral (according to our letter)... we have seen some more quickly and some take longer, so we will see! we have to sign the Adoption Act so we will travel as soon as we can make plans after we get the referral!
Okay. I thought it said a two month wait AFTER your referral came.
