after breakfast and some food preparation we headed to rusty's grandmother's house. you can get there without taking the dirt road but we always choose it, just something neat about it for us...
clothes line used as monkey bars!!!!
a couple of extras...
on our way to mississippi benjamin was looking through lots of books. we have one called big brother, little brother and he loves it. he got to this page and said.... he looks like benjamin. i asked how they looked alike and he said they had the same hair (this is is first verbalized physical comparison he has made)
on wednesday night as we were getting close to ma sues house hope got a little fussy. andrew (without our knowing it) gave hope a marker to make her happy.... she was happy alright, it was everywhere, even down in her ears!
after too much good food the kids had a blast on 4-wheelers and running through the cotton fields and even picking some cotton...
hope and benjamin met their other living great grandmother...clothes line used as monkey bars!!!!
benjamin and eric (a son of rusty's cousin)... eric faithfully followed the progress of our adoptions and he finally got to meet the kids!
we put hope in the car about 30 minutes before we left and she fell asleep very quickly... worn out!
he didn't hold on long once we got in the car...
our first family photo with rusty's mom, grandmother and brothers and their familiesa couple of extras...
