We have been busy since Thanksgiving.
A new place we are involved this year is AHG, American Heritage Girls, a faith based scouting program. We have amazing coordinators and I am thankful. The group Aubrey is in only has 3 girls so I ended up being a leader, that was not on my radar but it has been good for us, Aubrey and I. We helped head up the float construction and helped with the awards ceremony. Aubrey got up and led the flag ceremony in front of 150 people, on stage, using a microphone... um... if you know her, this is HUGE! Rusty and I were so proud, she met a long time fear face to face ans she won. She has had failed attempts in the past few years, on much smaller levels, but she ROCKED this one! Check out the balloon arch that Rusty made below for the awards ceremony...
The girls had to bake and decorate cakes to serve at the ceremony as well.
Oh and we went to MS for Thanksgiving to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas and Rusty's birthday...
AND WE BROUGHT 2 KITTENS HOME WITH US... (the far right one we have had)

We took the kids to The Old Spaghetti Factory and then to Opryland Hotel to see the lights and enjoy time with their cousins...

Tonight Rusty and I are going on a date with some friends. Dinner and the Madea Christmas movie, can't wait!
