It has been raining for several days here in middle Tn so when there was a little lull the kids grabbed their bikes and headed out for a ride. When I looked out to check on them they were having fun going through the front ditch which happened to be full of water.
The kids helped Rusty build a couple of shelves to put above the boys beds. They want to display some artwork and rockets they put together.
After a hard bike ride!
Rusty is making a fourth school desk so we can have a table (putting 4 together) to work on upstairs where we do some school work.
Got a little canning done. My Mom gave me some purple green beans. I had never seen anything like them before. When they were pressurized they lost their purple color for the most part. They taste great.
Finally the kids jumped in the pool for a few minutes. It was the first time they have been in since we came back from our trip!
It is always a great feeling when you have fun and get work done too!We finished our day at church and then came home to have ice cream for dinner!
