Sunday night suppers are usually fun around here. We get home from church and choir and want something quick! A lot of time we have popcorn. Sometimes we have breakfast or ice cream. And some nights we have CORN nights (Clean Out Refrigerator Night). My friend Kristin Amaro introduced me to that acronym (everyone gets something but no one usually gets the same thing). And she actually was the second part of the inspiration behind our supper idea. We went camping with Carter's Cub Scout Pack this weekend (lots of fun, no pics, forgot the camera) and we ran into a guy at church who we had been camping with. He told us how he was suddenly in the mood for cinnamon rolls on the ride home from the camp ground and he called his wife, had her look up a recipe and then he made them when he got home. All the talk about cinnamon rolls got Rusty and I hungry for cinnamon rolls so he and Aubrey used and slightly modified Kristin's recipe for CAT HEAD BISCUITS! They were delicious with coffee and hot chocolate while we watched an episode of Little House on the Prairie! Rusty and Aubrey did a fantastic job! Rusty tends to get messy and make a mess of the kitchen when he cooks but he cleaned up himself and the kitchen well!
