stupid mistake

We have been EAGERLY awaiting the arrival of an envelope from the USCIS with an appointment for our fingerprints to be made. Well, it came today but it was not our appointment. Our application was rejected because we neglected to sign the bottom of the application. You ask how can one do that... we really don't know how that vital part was left off. We were headed to mail it (I-600A) and noticed that we had Rusty's birthday down as 11-30-2010 so we took it back home and filled out a new one. Rusty was just going to mail the new one on the following Monday. I quickly changed the date and printed off a new copy. In a rush to get it gone as quickly as possible we neglected to sign the newly printed one. So we probably would have had our appointment in hand today but that is ok. We have to choose to not be mad and just mail our now signed application back in and wait again!

I do have to say that God is so good and bigger than I can even imagine. We have $9,000-$10,000 worth of merchandise to auction off a week from Monday! People are embracing our decision with gladness and generosity! It is great to be a part of the kingdom of God.
