what i am reading

I am currently reading 2 books, those of you that know me can get back in your seats now. The first is...

I ordered it about a month ago and decided to pick it up this weekend and start reading it. I have never been through a book this fast (will finish tonight). Adopted For Life is not ONLY for adoptive families. I truly believe anyone would benefit from the information in these pages. I won't even try to do a book review but I just want to encourage everyone to get it and to read it! I don't think you will regret this investment of time!

The next book...

I am reading for the second time. This time Rusty and I chose this for our small group we lead. I was challenged and found myself repenting for laziness among other things my first time through. I am finding it just as motivating and encouraging the second go round. This is a book you may be offended by (maybe because there are areas that need a little change or refreshing). Read it with an open heart and mind and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you. Again, I will not do a review but will encourage you to read it for what its worth!

I am glad the Lord opened my eyes to the fact that I am NEVER too old to learn or to start to love reading. I am thankful for God's Word and authors who can teach us through what they have learned through many hours of study and education... it is a gift to not be taken lightly. I will let you know what I move onto next.
