One of the extra things we do with homeschooling is a monthly science class... it is great:) Yesterday the kids dissected owl pellets. For those of you who don't know, an owl pellet is basically owl throw up... it is firm, mostly hair and other surprises. I didn't take any in action shots but here is some of what the kids brought home...
Gross or cool?
It can be seen either way, the kids loved it. They liked this better than dissecting the frogs! They are looking forward to robots and other cool things in the upcoming months!
