best bread yet

I have been making homemade bread for several years now.  We do purchase some from the store but I like making my own because I know exactly what is in it.  I have been scouring the internet for new healthier, more plant-based recipes and upon my research I found this bread recipe and to date it is our favorite.  Even voted better than my homemade white bread by the kids... I stand impressed and pleased!

-Instead of cold-pressed vegetable oil, I used coconut oil.
-I used all whole wheat flour that I order from BULK NATURAL FOODS.
-For my whole grains I used a 7 grain cereal containing cracked wheat, rye grits, barley grits, millet, corn meal, flax, and steel cut oats (I also order this from Bulk Natural Foods).
-For my sweetener I used honey.

Anyway, it was a hit and just wanted to share our new find:)

If you decide to make it, I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did!

How do you cut it thin and consistently--I like making our bread but I don't do it often because I can't cut it well and it ends up too thick/thin and not great for sandwiches.

I don't always cut consistently:) I do lay the loaf on its side and I tend to do a little better job. Also, if I want it to cut well I have to wait at least 30 minutes for it to cool... can be hard to do when fresh bread comes out of the oven:) I do wish I could get it as thin and consistent as the bread factories!
